Our Approach to Every Watch
Each watch that arrives at the Thepex workshop goes through the same initial step: we look at it carefully and tell you what we find before any work is agreed. From there, the service type guides the process — quartz pieces move efficiently, mechanical watches receive methodical attention, and heritage pieces get the extra time they deserve.

Service completed, checked, and returned on the timeline given at the start.
Service 01
Battery & Seal Service
Considerate care for quartz pieces needing a new battery and a seal review. We fit a fresh cell, clean the contacts, renew gaskets where required, and confirm the case closes properly. Where applicable, water resistance is checked. A friendly, straightforward service for everyday watches.

Service 02
Mechanical Service
A complete service for mechanical watches losing accuracy or power. We clean and re-oil the movement, inspect the balance and mainspring, replace worn parts where needed, and regulate the timing across positions. Seals are renewed and the crown checked. Suited to watches in daily rotation.

Service 03
Heritage Restoration
A respectful restoration for cherished or older watches. We overhaul the movement, conserve the case and dial in keeping with their age, and make every cosmetic choice in conversation with you. Original parts are kept wherever possible, and progress is shared along the way.

Secure Storage
Every watch is tagged and stored securely. We track each piece throughout the service period.
Timing Verified
Mechanical watches are timed across positions after servicing. Quartz watches are function-checked before return.
Appropriate Lubricants
We use the correct oil type for each part of a movement — not a single lubricant applied everywhere.
Clear Communication
Explanations in plain English (or Thai). No technical jargon without an explanation alongside it.
Price Fixed at Agreement
The quoted price is the final price, unless something unexpected is discovered — at which point we ask before proceeding.
Responsible Practices
Used cells and chemicals are disposed of through proper channels. A tidy workshop is part of doing the work well.
